...there is still no White House puppy.  If you'll recall, in his election night victory speech, Obama told his two young daughters that they would be getting a puppy.  In little girl time, the time that has elapsed since that speech is an eternity.  So, why the hold-up?  And can we really trust a man who taunts his young children with the prospect
