goosebumps. in the book of revelation, it is prophesied that the u.n. (the scarlet colored wild beast) will turn on the worlds religions(the harlot) who is drunk with the blood of the holy ones. and there it is. beginning. watching the pages come to life.

its not that "religion" has done wrong things. it is that "false religion" has done wrong things.

Sorry, but every religion out of the middle east is full of calls to violence and bloodshed. Obviously, not every religious person chooses to follow those imperatives but saying they're not there isn't true. If one chooses to ignore the Koran and Bible's direction to kill unbelievers then they're doing it based on human morality, not on theological morality.

How does a beast have anything to do with the UN? Revelations and every other religious text has been cited as predicting any number of things. As for a scarlet-colored beast wild beast, given the time period in which that text was written I'd think it much more likely that it refers to Rome, the principal source of persecution for early Christians. Especially considering the UN's official color is blue.
