I'm currently working as an ESL teacher, and here's a little something that came to me while I was on my way to work.
"What if Arashi members are my students?"
And here's what I thought the situation would be for each member:
For Sho:*He'd probably be the easiest one to teach grammar. Maybe he already knows them and he'll just need a little

What you thought about Arashi is quite spot on to me. I imagine them like that too XD
The shiyagare English class came to my mind when I read your entry. That class was a hoot. To be teaching just five of them will be really challenging, not because they won't pay attention but they're curious human being and they'll ask every sort of questions, with Jun and Sho having the most questions and it's not easy to satisfy them. And as you said they'll also can get lost in their own world where only they understand lols.
I don't think I want to be their teacher, I don't want to imagine it even haha. But it's great that you can imagine it because it shows that your teacher self is strong ^^

Now that you mention it, they did have an English class episode in Shiyagare, and yup that was hilarious.
Yeah, it'd be hard to keep their attention, especially Nino's and Ohno's. Jun and Sho would ask a lot of questions and next to them would probably be Nino. If they're my student in a group class, I'd just give them a word and they'll be talking non-stop about that word and they'll branch out to many different areas. That's just how comfortable they are with each other, they'd talk about anything and everything. But I'd probably be the one who'd enjoy it the most. The five of them talking together is such a joy to see.
Being a teacher is definitely hard and tiring. I wasn't originally supposed to become a teacher, but I guess fate wants me to become one. And I'm happy that I am one.

Btw ESL as same as ALT right?

Hmm... ESL is different from ALT. In ESL, it's usually man to man class, or sometimes, a group class but with very few students. And we don't teach in schools. ALT on the other hand work in schools and they teach in a normal classroom.
