Ooooowwwwwww!!!
UGH!!! OWWW!! Now that I'm off my birth control, my excruciating cramps are back in full swing. Horrible night last night. It was the least painful lying on my back at a slight incline, but of course I can only sleep flat on my stomach. It took two hours for my Pamprin to kick in so I was up until nearly 2am. Jeff enjoyed his first cramping experience. ;-) I can hardly wait to see what's in store for me tonight... My NFP book has a list of supplements that supposedly help with painful periods, so I'm stocking up on those tonight.
