Signing 100 times? Wow, the bureaucracy has increased even more! I remember counting out of curiosity when I bought a house years ago, and it was only 50-something signatures. :)

Yes other side... Although the street, Kerrville Folkway, straddles both sides of Dallas and both Travis and Wilco.

My street also straddles both counties. I think the line is a couple of house down, or about 50 yards from me (I'm on the Travis side).
