There is no escaping her. I should have learned centuries ago.
If you want me to move, Belle, I will pack tonight.
[ooc: Okay, so I'm having a bugger of a time here with Asher with Belle around. The problem being that by late-canon, Asher would probably let himself be seriously harmed, maybe even killed for Anita, but this isn't late-canon Asher. This is Asher who has had only four months away from Belle. Sure, Anita's been a doll and he does love her. But he's scared to death of Belle and has centuries of reason to be that way. Even Desire doesn't scare him as much as Belle, not by a long shot. Four months + Belle here + Concern for what he sees as Anita's weaknesses + No Jean-Claude + Belle taking him back to her bed and so far not being as sadistic as she can be = Not willing to put himself in the line of fire and kind of hating himself for it. Needed to get that little ramble in place for context, since I feel kind of crap that Asher's pulled away, but do have reasons for it.
And now I need to get to work. Ugh. Someone else go to work for me, pretty please.]
