He is just so nice. I remember when he got an assist once. People were all over him more than the goalscorer.

Beautiful goal. Beautiful man. One close up they showed of him taking a throw, he rubbed his head before he took the throw! Fat ginger and Finns always rub the ball with their shirts. Your boy rubs his head! Btw Alvaro looks to have lost weight and so pale. Still stunning with the black hair against the white face. Strangest game I've seen us play this season.

Ah he is just sofuckinglovely though. Can tell he is well loved. That was one massive group hug. He has been threatening to score one of those for ages. I hope it improves his confidence. He admits he has been very low for awhile.

Oh I think Alvaros hair is a fucking disgrace at the minute. He is still beautiful, yet, he looks like a lesbian woman! I thought he looked like he had just got out of bed. Wonder if he is unwell as he does look very pale.

Very strange game. I get the feeling Carra protests being chosen at right back. Every time he plays there he is shite.

Hee did you see that the Daily Telegraph stats suggest that Fab won almost as many balls as the entire team put together?

That is entirely crazy.

I admit I thought he got shoved off the ball quite easily at one time and then I was angry. But it could also be that the ref- was it that prick Dowd- gave us fuck all today. What happened to Fab should have been a foul. Otherwise pretty good overall and the goal was fantastic. There should no longer be any contest between fat ginger and Fab. I can't even abide the thought of fat ginger and Rafa giving him time today makes me nervous. Or maybe he just wanted Babel to move up front, and needed someone to plug into left midfield. I hope that's it. The things that Fab has to work on aside from remaining injury free are more aggression and freekicks. His goal was lovely today but I'll admit I've been disappointed with some of his freekicks and cornerkicks. They are marginally better than Gerrard's but that's not saying a lot. But thoroughly pleased that he got his goal, and it's nice to see one set piece work quite well ( ... )
