Okay, so today didn't go exactly according to plan, but it went not so bad. I wasn't able to fast. I had 1 small bowl of turkey soup. Shouldn't be too many calories. I will try to fast tomorrow, but again, we shall see. It's late so I am going to catch some shuteye. I'll write more tomorrow.

I noticed you haven't posted in a while, but I decided to leave you a comment anyway. We all get off track once in a while, and it's okay. I break my fasts more often than I should. We all binge and purge, have our good days, have our bad days, and it's alright. When I get off track on my fasts I usually try to stick to a diet of raw veggies and low sodium chicken broth - only about 10 calories for an entire cup with no carbs or fat. :) It won't expand the stomach and it doesn't make me feel like a fat bloated pig.

hey, I know it's been a while because i've floated off course. It drives me crazy. I reached a breaking point yesterday. I am on a week-long fast (or atleast that is my plan). Thank you for the support.

If you look at my userinfo, I'm a member of a group called "onlythreeweeks". You might want to check it out. It's all about a really cool three week fast that hundreds of people are a part of, and there are new posts for encouragement and support every single day. It's worth looking into.
