I need a new car insurance company. I hate all state. I for nothing more then their website sucks, it doesnt take half the payments I make, it doesnt email my reciepts like its supposed to. and in general I think its a craptacular design and unfriendly ( Read more... )

i *really* like progressive - i did EVERYTHING online. i even automated my payments. you can pay once a month or they give you a nice discount if you pay the six months in full.

dude... costco/american express. i have my homeowners and auto through them. they rule.

we advertise for progressive, so i use them. but also because it's pretty cheap, and i do EVERYTHING through the website. and when i got into an accident they were really cool about it. all i had to do was drop my car off at their place and they fixed it for me. yay!

another vote for Progressive. I've used them for 4-5 years now, everything I've done has been via the website, and the few times I've had to use them, they were BEYOND great to work with.

HIGHLY recommanded...

Chiming in kinda late, but I also use Progressive and L O V E them. I can do everything online, and when they say they're going to send something they do it by fax immediately. They're awesome.

I got a pretty good quote from them, so I think for my b-day present I'm going to pay for 6 months of insurance. =) great present huh?
