Yeah, none of your objections is unreasonable. I read the sister coming in with the Duplo toys as being more a commentary on how much more destructive younger kids are versus the ones old enough to build and construct entire Lego cities. This held true for me from life--the second my brother left his Legos unattended, castle walls were felled by one younger sister after another. It's just unfortunate that they coded that with gender in the movie :(
I think someone called the trope that Wyldstyle suffers from "Trinity Syndrome" after The Matrix. Was that Sarkeesian? It was very...apt.
Also, I loved The Lego Movie. Like most things, if you turn the brain off to the rational objections, it's enjoyable. If you can't, not so much. The directors, however, have heard the complaints and were not defensive about the criticisms you've voiced. Which is a miracle in and of itself, but they also promised to fix it in the sequel. So here's hoping.
I think this is where it hurts that I saw it on the small screen, cause this was a movie shot for the big screen, and it really doesn't translate. So I wasn't as engaged in it as I otherwise would have been, so was more aware of its issues

It's HILARIOUS to me that you're going to watch Once Upon a Time to get sexism out of your head. While the show does have a preponderance of female characters, it also has absolutely every virgin/mother/crone, saint/whore dynamic at play there is.
