I have to, alas... I think my girlfriend might be a bit displeased with me if we played without her. (^_^)

"Bye, sweetheart, I'm sure we'll have an awesome time without you. Have fun working your grueling school and work schedule!"

Steve is moving this weekend as well, but things should be more-or-less back to normal by next weekend.

Speaking of the game... when are you going to join us? We needz u!

Um, if this is set up the way my first pica job was, and it sounds like it is, the company doesn't take any taxes out. But Tom will have to pay taxes on that when he files his 2009 income taxes.

And he may have to pay a self employment tax on top of it, if they really want to screw him over.

Fair warning. You might want to check it out.

Already done. Tom's opened business accounts, putting what is needed for taxes into a savings account so we don't touch it.

You guys are brilliant. I knew I would have to pay taxes on it, so I wasn't too surprised by that, but when the HR Block guy said how much I was shocked. I didn't know about the self-employment tax, that hurt. But I was ok.
