I tried to melt white chocolate and it ended-up more like dough than melted chocolate. Did I do it over to high heat? I know it must be meltable, because I've done it before. Any suggestions?

No. But I tried it again over really low heat while stirring constantly and it worked out! Bee will get his peppermint bark!
