that stage picture turned out priceless. i'm serious.. it speaks to me. i imagine that if ever ella decides to be a performer of any sort this is a picture we will admire many more times in the future. when it god's name did all of the other kids get off the stage for you to snap this pic? i remember it being chaos!
also.... the giant birthday room bird picture makes me think -- "Ella, look at the giant bird!" -- "where mom... i'm looking... not seeing... you're nuts..." :D
