Liadin made Annalise a hat..i'd seen pictures of it but the level of awsome was not truly appreciated until i saw it...it's awsomely adorable.

So the princess finally made it home on saturday after 7 weeks 4days in the hospital. It's been a long road and it's far from over but at least now it looks as though the light at the end of the tunnel is not a train after all. She's doing very well, she's passed her hearing tests and her eye tests up until this point and we're hopeful that she'll ( Read more... )

WHOOT!!! Baby girl may go back to level 2 today....not holding my breath, but i'm cautiously optimistic....*claps and dances*

So, as the title says, we've had our first setback, hopefully our last too....Gods i hope so anyways. Tuesday night, when i left the hospital, we were all set to be transfered to Oshawa on Wednesday..seems that was not to be..at least not right now. Apparently one of the up sides to extreme stress after childbirth is that 11 days after delivery i'm now officially 3 pounds lighter than i was when i got pregnant...whoot...add to that the fact that i'm technically nursing and i should lose more in the next few months, i can happily report that this has been the single most effective weight loss ( Read more... )

So, the princess moved yesterday, down the hall, but it's a step closer to home. She's in the level 2 special care nursery at Mt. Sinai. Next step is getting her moved out to a level 2 nursery closer to home.
