I just sourced fresh local goose, capon, chicken and turkey. 100% organic and disgustingly reasonable price.......and get this...they'll deliver to me at home. Add to that the fact that i can have them deliver some of the nicest fresh produce i've seen in a long time (7 pounds for $20)....squeeeee...i'm a happy happy girl!

So over the past few days i've gone exceedingly domestic. Monday i made a huge batch of low-carb soup that M and i have been whittling away at for the past few days, it makes a wonderful snack for us when we're craving a snack and don't want to blow our carb count out of the water. So, M and i started our diet again this week and it's going well. This time we've enlisted in a friendly bet with a few friends to see who can lose the most weight and it is helping with the motivation.
