germs, germs everywhere
ugh. that would be how i feel right now. unfortunatetly, miss mia is feeling even worse. the head cold that we've both been nursing for almost two weeks is still hanging on and now we've acquired nice raw throats to go along with it. no fevers yet. thank goodness for that. but there's nothing i can give mia except tylenol for any pain. she's ( Read more... ) -
it's flu season
terry's temp was up to 102.6 last nite. it's gone down to 100.8 this morning. thank goodness. hopefully it won't jump back up tonite ( Read more... ) -
state of the car
thank goodness... my car can be fixed. so we only have to pay the $500. deductible instead of having the car written off and having to find a new one. plus the insurance will cover the rental until the car is fixed. -
hallowe'eny stuff
so now that ivy is back in public school she gets to wear a costume to class. so today she donned her witch costume though with-out the makeup and hair. the school will be doing a hallowe'en parade to the old folks home behind our house at 2pm if the rain slows down ( Read more... ) -

some how managed to rip off most of a finger nail while changing the last nite. no idea how it happened. -
yucky!
mia and i went for our H1N1 vaccines yesterday afternoon. not fun. wait an hour with a cranky baby, then give her a shot the burns like the dickens and then wait another 15 minutes before they let you leave in case you have a reaction. and we had to drive 1/2 an hour each way just to find the clinic. oh! and mia gets to do it all again in ( Read more... ) -

today i was in a pickle looking for something to wear. i have only one sweater right now, that's dirty. i only own two pairs of jeans that fit me, both dirty. so a grabbed a pair of pants that my youngest sister gave me to wear when i first got preggers with mia praying that i would be able to zip AND BUTTON them.
