[Hawke holds the Furby up to the journal for all to see.]
I don't know what this is but it's the most horrifying thing I've seen. It's like it's staring into my soul.
[He tosses it to the ground and his puppy immediately attacks it, pouncing on the poor toy and chewing on it unmercifully.]
At least it makes a good chew toy.

[...thanks so much for that, Hawke. As if it wasn't enough that Varric has to look at his own.]
Until whatever demon is possessing it decides to do more than stare at you like it's finding out all your secrets and plotting how to use them against you.

Wouldn't be the first time we accidentally summoned a demon.

Or the first time your dog used one for a chew toy, come to think of it.

It's good practice for him for when things really get crazy.

It speaks.
[Fenris sounds about as far from pleased as it's rationally possible to be. There's a short pause and then-]
Wheeeeeee~
[-from the absurd little creature. Complete with Doppler effect as he swings it past the journal.]

Alright that's going to haunt my dreams for the rest of the week.

[And with no control rod! No wonder the blighted thing won't shut up. The Furby babbles randomly in the background.]

[Hawke can't think of anything else to use them for. Those eyes man. Those eyes.]

[Wait, is he feeding it to one of her pups?]
Oye! No small parts for the dog please.

[Small parts? What small parts?]
It looks pretty big to me.

He will chew them.
[And break them. And swallow them. It probably won't hurt him too badly, but it's a reflex response.]

I hate to spoil his fun but alright. Gimme that you little bugger.
[Only seconds after taking it away Carver begins to whine.]
Don't tell me. She's the one who said you couldn't have it.

[Dastan is grinning from ear to ear.]
That does look like a rather good use for the obnoxious thing.

Best use I found so far.

I can attest to that!
[Yeah. Dastan's 'usefulness' of the tiny annoying creature was along the lines of somehow incurring death. To the furby. In any way imaginable.]

It's either that or wait for the little things to try and steal my sould...or whatever it is they do.
[He's still pretty sure it's a demon of some kind.]
