So, I sold my DS about a week or so ago. My cousin needed gifts for his girlfriend's sisters, and he's giving them DS's

I know how you feel... I sold pretty much all my DS games. I still have my DS though. The thing is, after I got my R4DS cart, all those games were just sitting around and not being played. In fact, I even had ROMs of those games on my R4DS cart and THOSE were being played more often than the actual physical games. It was really just more convenient to do it that way. The day did come that I really needed some extra cash, and so I said bye-bye to all my DS games and hello to $100 in cold hard cash.

I still opted to keep Pokemon Diamond though. I'll never sell that or any of my Pokemon carts for any reason.

And as soon as a way is made to easily download Wii games off BitTorrent, burn them and play them on a Wii without any real effort (akin to downloading DS ROMs and sticking them onto an R4DS cart), then it'll be bye-bye to all my Wii games too.
