Just the boxes? A pittance, most likely. You might be able to get $5 or so for the Pikachu edition, if that. The GBA boxes will get you nothing. With the games you'll get more, but likely not more than you paid for them (again, the Pikachu one might be the exception).
NES boxes go for a decent amount because it's quite hard to find a game with the box (and manual) intact.
