Harsh 70s Reality

I moved my furniture and stuff to Montreal yesterday. I filled up a van in the morning and drove there and back in a day with my Dad. 12 hours in the van listening to talk and "oldies" radio. There was a radio show that played only top 40 songs from 1976. Starland Vocal Band, Chicago, Rod Stewart, Diana Ross, etc... It was really really awful ( Read more... )

good luck with your adjustment in montreal, trevor!
i go there often, to visit friends and see shows, and art i wouldn't normally see. it's without a doubt one of my favourite cities and certainly unlike any other city in north america.
you will be so good there!

You have a place to stay if the impulse to visit ever strikes.
