first day of dance camp - done.

• i woke up late
• got there just in time
• forgot food
• didnt have coffee, it was cold
• danced for 3 1/3 hours straight

this is definitely my last day in charleston.

my ipod currently has three songs dedicated to me and my name. its hard to believe there was a time when i didnt think there were any songs about alison. surprisingly enough, they all spell it the same way i do.

i have a new anthem.

i'm only one third done with this dance.  i feel like i should be further, i've been more effective with my time this year.

i've got to pack for camp. i may not leave until thursday evening. i dont like that, but seriously i have to finish the other 2 thirds of this dance.  i may not go to montreat anyway if my cuz doesnt answer her phone.

i felt bad at first for going to columbia this weekend for a couple of reasons:

1. wasnt going to my church, the church that is supporting me this summer. (and i havent been to big church at all since i've been here
2. havent spent much time with my mom
3. havent seen my sister at all

went under our house
and sprayed bug killer

15 minutes, $10, and the lifelong lesson on how to spray for bugs

i slept all day today. minus eating, talking to sheila (great convo, thank you).  its 1030 and i'm going to bed soon
