And are the cards "perforated" as well? Since I don't know what "perferation" is, but I'm pretty sure it's not a word... ;-)
Sorry, couldn't resist.

I just got myself a set of "business cards". I figured that there's a benefit in having a set of calling cards that have all of your non-work contact info on them, so I found a place on-line with some good layouts and ordered up 500.
Suitable for :
  • Attaching to Resumes
  • Handing out to friends
  • Handing out to coworkers if/when one of you get laid off
  • "Free Lunch" drawing bowls
  • AND MORE!

Free business or personal cards wordbyrd January 31 2006, 18:42:03 UTC
You can get 250 free business cards (you pay shipping costs only) at
Vista Print.

Like Phil, I had some printed up with my name, address, home phone # and e-mail address - "personal cards." When my home-based medical transcription business was active, I also had a supply of business cards.

Hey, that's where I got mine, too.

Shipping costs were surprisingly high, but it still comes out even with Office Despot and you get much better designs and layouts to work with.

Good news about your dad wordbyrd January 31 2006, 18:44:31 UTC
Glad to hear he's out of the hospital. Will keep him in my prayers, for continued healing and for personal safety. Blood thinners are excellent medications but the side effects are scary.
