ok so after talking with my mom, there doing something called a lumbar punch....maybe...... she really wasn't sure what it was called, but anyway it is suppose to keep the spinal fluids in the body rather than flow out of my dads head as it is doing right now which will alow it to heal. it isn't an invasive surgery, there going to do it in my dads

Lumbar puncture. Very ouchy. And if he doesn't hold still, he'll get a heckuva terrible headache (and it could be very dangerous for him).
