Ever since I started working, I've been totally slacking off with all my school work.  I frankly just dont care anymore.  What is this all for anyway?

Why is living for the future stressed so much?  Why not just live for the moment?  I guess in the long run that wouldnt be so great, but when is it all going to be worth it?  We're conditioned to

I was thinking about today, or something similar. Just how people are always saying, "Time flies" and "Carpe Diem" but it doesn't seem like anyone is actually doing it. And with all the planning, the money, the busy schedules, who has time to really enjoy anything?

all we are ever expected to acheive out of the school system is the basis for us to go out and chase the american dream. you know, the big house, the family, the nice car. Everyone has different views and dreams for themselves. Ive always lived for the moment, granted ive had plenty of rough spots in my life, but it was all worth it in the end.
