From the campus newspaper today: Landlord appeals fee for county permit

Basically, Guy owns apartment building. County starts giving Guy shit because his occupancy permit is over thirty years out of date and they have recently become interested in enforcing this law. Guy decides he would rather EVICT ALL HIS TENANTS than pay the county ninety

I know. He sounds like quite a piece of work from what I've read.

Maybe! I know pretty soon after I first got the album we had flurries here 8D This is the first real snow we've had all winter, though.
