so it's already february. and it's 13 degrees outside. awesome. i hate being cold more than just about anything... but if it's going to be cold, i wish it would snow. there have been snow warnings a trillion times and i have yet to see more than just a flurry. of course, all the kids here are southern and most of them think it's a blizzard when
