im not fucking you, that shit works miracles!!

i havent had insurance and for the past three
years i have gotten strep or tonsillitis every
march-april (even this year, ugh)

but i started taking echinacea after the first
two years of forking out the money for the dr's.
i usually buy it in liquid form (a small bottle
is usually about $10) and i mixed some with juice.

i've been taking immunity defense vitamins, but the dose isn't that high.
