i hope that you are doing better than you have made it out to sound.
the first couple of months anywhere are hard..and maybe that's easy for me to say since i'm a constant transient.
you are living the dream!
keep going. keep sending out those resumes!
go out. explore.
talk to people. go to parties.. even tho you hate it.. it's a great way to meet people..and learn about future projects.
half of this business is about being social.

Yeah, I have no life basically here at school, so its what I do. I know its boring. Sorry about that.

But I was actually thinking about you this weekend, and was wondering how life was going. I'm sad to hear that you're homesick and that your car was broken into, but you know, I think you've actually done a really good thing. I never told you that seeing as we never talked a lot in the past years, but really, I admire you for leaving here and moving on to what you want to do. I know right now things aren't working in the way you had hoped, but you'll be alright. I wouldn't want you to move back here when you're closer to any of us in figuring out what we want to do. Its still the same here, everyone sitting around doing the exact same thing every weekend without actually progressing any. You and Shaun have both left and everyone else is still just sitting here waiting for something to appear in front of them, and that is stupid. So I just wanted to say, good luck and I hope something comes along soon.
