You all need to get over it. What happened happened. That was the past, today is now. Grudges are sometimes hard to let go, but you generally just have to. I believe being open with someone is the best way. It may not be the easiest but I truely believe it's the best. So sit down with Mike alone and be like get over it. And you don't have to be best friends with his friends and vice versa.
