Setting aside the augment merchandise, I'd say my store is about 40-50% full. Our sales increased quite a bit from last weekend to this weekend (as the discount percentages went up, of course.) Recovery has become almost impossible. Every section is falling over; the liquidators won't let us consolidate, but instead have us facing books out to make the shelves look fuller, and also filling the FOS tables with any books that we have at least 4-5 copies of (which strips the sections even further. I always knew that the general public were thoughtless about leaving their messes everywhere, but now they seem to think nothing of trashing the place. It's hard to blame them, since everything is in such disarray that even if they wanted to put an item back in its place, where exactly would that be? I can't wait to be done with the hellhole that has become of my store.

Will all stores close the same day? My store is selling out faster than our nearest Borders, so we might close sooner. But discounts are progressing the same at all stores, which makes me think we'll all close the same day. Does anyone know, or can make a guess?
