Important Announcement regarding the IWRY Marathon.
Every year we get a lot of stories that don’t materialise. Last year, one third of the entries arrived late or not at all. One third! That’s a lot of stories! For us, it means that we have no idea how many stories we have, or will need, and we spent a lot of time running around trying to rustle up an eleventh hour story. That’s not good for anyone’s temperament.
So this year, we are making an important change. Instead of allocating dates to each individual author, we’re setting two collection days for everyone to submit their stories. These dates will be the 21st of October, and the 31st of October. Please state if you have a preference for submission date, but other than that the rules and sign-ups are the same as always.
This event is a whole heap of fun, so get your names (contact info would be useful, too) down now. We need you!
