Oh that sux! I had that before. But the cop said "let me guess... whiplash." I was so pissed! Well I hope you do get a car out of the deal :)

What do they think is going to happen when you're suddenly thrown forward and then slammed back? I know lots of people fake whiplash so they can get money, but CRAP...it does happen!
