Mine hurt really bad for about a minute.. and other than that it was sore for a few hours the day after it was done. You should stretch it.. because that's what really hurts... mine was done at a 14, and it was at a 10 when I took it out... because yeah, I took it out last week. Picking my nose was beginning to be a chore...
