Yay! I finally got the official confirmation for the time off in December. Therefore, it's official! I will be doing my semi-regular, official, nearly-annual, week-long excursion in the great State of Dallas, surrounding municipalities and unincorporated areas. Real winters have snow and we don't really have snow...but we do wear semi-heavy jackets occasionally.

Well you have snow maybe once a winter. Still a lot more snow than can be seen in Phoenix. Of course, we are still no more than two hours from Flagstaff, where snow falls semi-regularly in the winter, but I don't want it to be that damned easy!

Fuckin' A! Real winter? Are you kidding me? Last year, Christmas was 70 degrees farenheight.

He may get his wish. It's El Niño this year which means our winter will be more wet than normal.
