Matt - curious person here. What was the point in banning certain people from commenting on your livejournal when they are logged on, yet allowing anonymous comments to still be posted?

Surely if you were smart and really didn't want people commenting you'd have banned them and banned anonymous comments?

Actually, nobody could post. Apart from a member of his own family. And then what point would Matt's journal have?

It defeats the object of banning specific people if they can still post.
