This was heart breakingly beautiful. That is one of those moments in the series that kills me every time.

The part always gets me, too. Kikyou's always been my favorite so I felt it was a real loss to the story for her to be gone but at the same time fitting. A tragic end to a tragic soul.

Beautiful depiction of Kikyou's death scene. Oddly, in that moment it was of the few moments of happiness in her life. One of the few times she ever smiled in the manga.

Thanks. I thought that her final moments were very touching, her smile was wonderful. She's such a strong character.
