Normally I have a good idea what other characters think of Usopp but every once in awhile I don't. And Kino has such a poker face, she could be thinking that Usopp's the biggest idiot in the world and I wouldn't know. So Kino and Usopp? Have they threaded enough?

They certainly have! Kino thinks that Usopp is a character. He has a very unique way of going about things, but when he isn't acting like a puffer fish. . . She can see that he is a fairly smart and competent person who does care for others. He likely doesn't realize his own talents along with being surrounded by other amazing people, but Kino isn't the kind to intrude and reveal that fact to him. He can figure it out on his own which would be more meaningful to him. She really doesn't hold anything against him for the honesty post as it was just him being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

So, Kino is a zen master, etc etc.
