Y'know what the worst part is? (By the way, innocent bystanders, I'm the aforementioned Jason...) My addiction became quite the opposite. The physical cravings I can easily ignore. The psychological part is what keeps me going on. And whether or not I like it, I feel like I do. I saw in some anti-smoking propaganda once the most accurate statement ever, at least for my case:

"If someone tells you they enjoy smoking they're lying. They just dislike not smoking."

I think last night was just weird for me. I was in a house surrounded by non-smokers, so I didn't want to smoke at all. I only did it when I couldn't resist anymore (and then as the Blog-A-Thon went on, I did it to keep myself awake).

I agree with your statement though. I really do dislike not smoking. Except for when I'm hanging out with all nonsmokers...then I wish I could be like them.
