Time for another too-early-in-the-morning update. Yesterday was the first day of RA training, and it was friggin EXHAUSTING. We started at 9am, and didn't get finished until 10 after 10pm. I was never the most creative teacher..but I'll try to come up with ideas for your board :) Good luck with the training

I'm not that creative either, but I bounced a few ideas off of other RA's and came up with the idea of creating a baseball team roster/stat sheet and put all of the residents of my floor up with their room numbers as their jersey numbers and then making up stats for them. It actually looks kind of cute.

I havnt commented in awhile...

what is with the no drinking? How are you sposta be a good RA with out alcohol in your system?

and yes that theme is dumb.. makes me think of the phrase "there is no "I" in team" hahahaha...

Hey there!! You've been a stranger. grrrr. :) The no alcohol rule I really don't have a problem with, because it is only for the training period. The no guests rule during training sucks, but again, is something I can deal with.

The "Team" theme is actually coming together nicely, even though it may be stupid. :-P The whole building has latched on to the theme, so all of the floors are united in that common idea. I kind of like the way it is working out.
