Well the lady from Lime Park got back to me to apologise profusely, and explain that they begged Groupon to let them stop at 600, but Groupon made them take 900, so they are having massive logistical problems fitting everyone in and have had to take on more staff despite the lessons being at a large discount and not really covering the cost.

Groupon have also got back to say a standard line about being sorry, it not being their fault that all bookings are subject to availability, and that Glenn can have a refund.

I am going to push harder at Groupon to answer the allegation that they basically forced this situation into being, and see if they have anything to say about that. I would be interested to find out other people's Groupon experiecnes, both from a consumer and a business point of view. I feel an article coming on...
