So after calling Verizon's stupid ass asking them why I didn't have internet, they tell me that I ordered Dial-up, not DSL (even though I have a letter at home that states that I did, in fact, order DSL

unlike verizon, i know that earthlink is much more efficient through other friends who have switched over. here's hoping it's the same for your house!

i've been there. done that. i have two... no three... dsl cabels and hook up modems that they sent me when i "wasn't in the area".

verison sucks period and just lags on forever.. I DID have verison like a decade ago but then dumped it and got At&t.... still but whatever...
