Hhmm~ I like the way you personified your characters. ^_^ The attitudes and the feelings related to their position in the story I thought was nice.

My fave line totally was "Unfortunately, her over- intelligent, over-qualified, and drop dead gorgeous bodyguard, had obviously figured everything out and was now making sure the bird would be back in the cage in no time."
