The year is 2012. Charles Manson has been released on parole. He is provided with a small house in a black neighborhood in harlem.

No.. what you've got to understand is that Charles Manson whole crazy plan was that he was going to start a war between black people and white people and that he would be the only white person left and he would become king of the black people and rule the world. So if he got out of jail and was put into a black neighborhood he would be in a mostly black neighborhood. Would he think his prophecy had come true?
