Cool! Thanks for the tut. I think the hard part is going to find matching fabric/leather for the boot.

Yeah, that is definitely a consideration. Oh geez imagine tryng to match a plaid for a punk rock shoe. At that point it might b easier to attach the spike directly to the shoe, and glue a patch over the screw head to protect your heel.
