a week and all the time in the world

It is the last week and it snowed today. I wouldn't be surprized if I make it out this semester with passing grades but I would be surprized if they were good looking passing grades. This semester has shown me that even when I get out of one duty I am right there to pick up 4 or 5 more. But as my mom says that is what I do.

i still haven't taken intro to evangelism, and i'm already dreading it... in case you remember, on my spiritual gifts test, my lowest score was evangelism, and that's just because i don't think that simply walking up to someone in a bar and telling them about Jesus is effective. there has to be a relationship built, some sort of mutual trust that exists before a person will really listen and consider the things you have to say... and anyway, i think that evangelism has a lot more to do with loving people and meeting their needs rather than simply preaching the gospel. i obviously have strong feelings about this.

i did it for intro and it was genuine... but for prep. for intercultural ministry I don't have as many outside of CCU contacts as I would like
