So, kharma decided that I had stolen enough and yesterday took our free unsecured connection away. We're not sure if they didn't pay their bill or just up and moved or what. It didn't become secured it just disappeared all together. So I wasn't even able to use IP Relay if I needed to make any phone calls and was truly lost to the world for all

Holy crap Lori - that is HELL of scary!! I would have been flipped out too reguardless of how innocent the situation might have been. It could have been a drunk or it could have been worse. At least the dogs bark when someone is at the door, I think in itself is as good as a security alarm and I totally would have called 911. *hug*

Also I am happy to see you back on LJ. I love MySpace but this is pretty much the only place I can put stuff on that I don't have my in-law family reading and they are a bunch of asshats. :)

I so feel your pain. I have a handful of myspace stalkers myself. most of them being my husbands employees! blech

that is rather freaky. i'm glad i live in a neighbourhood that (usually) is quite safe. and most of the drunks don't come up my way. be safe!
