My Kitty...

My cat which is the baby of the family is not doing well at all. I went home Friday and had to go with Mom to take him to the vet. He is not breathing well and keeps getting worse. The vet did blood work, gave him meds, did x-rays, I-Vs, and a lot of other tests and still does not know what is wrong with him. We were able to bring him home

Awe...I'm sorry to hear about your kitty. Don't feel bad about the getting attached thing. Pets in my house have ALWAYS been treated as family, and when they go it's like losing a family member. I've lost 2 dogs in my lifetime and didn't really take either of them very well. Just remember the good times u had with your kitty and remember that you don't want him to be in any more pain than he has to be, and living miserably with trouble breathing can't be much fun for him! But, I definately feel your pain! I hope all works out and he gets better!!

Thanks...It is nice to know that I am not the only one who feels this attached. It really does feel like I am loosing a family member.
