House....here we come!
I can happily say that John and I have been approved for a mortage! We haven't found a house yet, but I am working on that. Although I'm really exicted and want to buy something now, I'm not sure whether we should wait the housing market out a bit longer. I would hate to buy a house now and then have housing prices drop.
