I get into bed tired, my head hits the pillow, and my eyes open wide. Second night in a row that I've woken up upon getting into bed. Rather frustrating really. I need my energy for work, but don't seem to be able to sleep adequately at night to achieve this goal. Oh well, floating by will have to do.

Have you tried any sleep remedies? I bought one 2 weeks ago that works a charm!
