Sitting here and I just woke up. I cant remember what time I went to bed so im not sure if I got a good nights sleep. All I know is my whole upper body is sore as fuck. I hit the weights SO hard yesterday and im feeling ripped. I actually have abs! And I can feel my delts poking out more. And my shoulders are starting to look scary. w00t! This week
